"I was honestly able to enjoy my wedding day

because of her."

My wedding was almost an absolute disaster due to rain and illness! I didn’t really know what I was doing. I planned my whole wedding—a small backyard wedding with friends and family—and hired Ami to officiate.

I told Ami I didn’t think we needed a rehearsal. She recommended it and I’m so glad she did because what I had in my head was not gonna work, and Ami helped us problem solve during the rehearsal. She listened to what I wanted, gave some suggestions, helped us move furniture around to work it out so I could have what I wanted! I don’t think that’s something officiants usually do.

After the rehearsal I got sick and, of course, I’m sick and it’s raining the day of my wedding! I reached out to her in the morning freaking out. I didn’t even think about changing the date. However, the date didn’t matter to us, so we reached out to our family and friends and they agreed they could come on a different date. Ami moved some things around on her schedule and we got married 2 weeks later than planned.

She also came early and helped set up and helped me and my maid of honor with our hair! Our officiant. Someone I found on our local town Facebook page. I was blown away.

She helped me go from frantic crazy bridezilla to almost stress free. I was honestly able to enjoy my wedding day because of her. As an officiant she took our story and created a beautiful funny (we asked for funny) ceremony that will always be remembered.
